The SAS offices in Japan will be closed for consecutive national holidays, also known as "Golden Week", from Tuesday, April 29 through Tuesday, May 6. For those customers who have not received their original documents, please note that we will be able to DHL documents on Thursday, May 1 so please make sure to process payments in time. Business will resume as normal from Wednesday May 7.
